Redeeming Primogems on PlayStation and Xbox

If you play Genshin Impact on PS/Xbox, follow the steps below to redeem your Primogems.

  1. Download the Genshin Impact app on your mobile device.
  2. Log in to the game on your phone with the same account used for your console.
  3. Exchange your Genesis Crystals into Primogems on your phone.
  4. Go back to the game on your PS/Xbox, and your Primogems will be there.
